It takes the project from initial setup (Definition), analysis of the current condition (Diagnostics), solution development (Design), implementation and validation (Deployment), and finally to the stabilization, standardization, and handover phase (Delegation). Our five-phase model provides a clear structure, keeps people focused on the goal and the project on track. Quality gates ensure that deliverables and expectations are being met before resources are committed to the next phase – Navigating to Results.

Phase–1: Definition – setting-up the Project
