Team São Paulo matured its food-ingredients factory
to level 3.5 on the five-point benchmarking scale; received Silver-Gold award for achieving breakthroughs in yield and productivity. Over a four-year period, the cross-functional team strengthened core manufacturing and critical support processes, and implemented a multi-tier Performance Management System (PMS). Those changes systematically and continually increased performance levels. It made the Brazilian factory one of the the leading globally (within the group). Well done, Brazil!
