Set up quality task force, train people, develop processes and system, to reduce warranty exposure by EUR 26 million. Installed knowledge centers for electrical, mechanical, and software design. Integrated technical, quality, financial, and commercial processes into one EMEA quality platform that was later copied by other regions.
