Client Feedback
In 2016 Norican embarked on an ambitious lean journey to deliver continuous improvement in the areas of customer experience and overall business benefit. Within Norican there is no better example of delivering continuous improvement than the DISA Taastrup facility in Denmark where the market leading DISAMATIC moulding lines are produced and aftermarket products and support are delivered all across the world. The highly motivated Taastrup team combined with the support from the pragmatic and skilled Leanmap team have delivered rapid and sustainable improvements resulting in shorter leadtimes, higher customer service levels and lower costs. This achievement was recently recognised with the award of the Leanmap Silver Award which reflects the level of lean skills embedded across the organisation, the size of improvements made, and the business benefits delivered. I would like to congratulate the Taastrup team for this great achievement and thank the LeanMap team for their skill and guidance throughout this journey to date and in the future.
