on the lean manufacturing benchmarking scale, the leadership team in Buenos Aires truly transformed its operation. The Munro factory matured from a low baseline to ‘Silver‘ level in less than three years. Furthermore, the team committed to their journey to ‘Silver-Gold’ (level 3.5), which is an intermediate step between where they are now and attaining 4+ points on the Lean benchmarking scale.
Update: ‘Silver-Gold’ was actually attained 3 years later, on 9/2018, with a solid score of 3.6. Fantastic job, team Argentina!
