The Dutch team was first
setting up the performance management center, the central place where the cross-functional team meets daily to plan and solve problems. It is also referred to obeya, control center, or war room, which is an integral part of performance management and strategy deployment. The Dutch team became a role model for their peers to follow suit, which they did.
