PDCA Skill Levels
Building problem-solving skills involves five steps, moving all trainees from Beginner to Expert. Employing a formal train-the-trainer (TTT) process ensures that the skill-pyramid is robust.
- Beginner has completed the introductory training, can correctly fill the PDCA template.
- Intermediate: has completed intermediate course, can solve problems at the process level.
- Advanced: has completed the advanced course, can solve cross-functional problems.
- Expert: has completed the expert course, can solve complex, multi-dimensional problems.
