Lean Audit confirms 'Silver' maturity
for Givaudan’s major processing plant in Switzerland. The site was first to make the ‘Silver‘ mark, attaining maturity level 3. It motivated its peers to follow suit, pursuing excellence in operations. Pictures show the management team with their individual Lean Yellow Belt certificates and also the Lean Manufacturing award, both first within the group.
Update: the Swiss factory attained ‘Silver-Gold’ on 10/2018 and is now embarking on the journey to ‘Gold’, 80% operational excellence.
