With focus on warehouse and back-office operations,
614 champions completed their Lean projects, improving response time to customers and on-time-in-full (OTIF) delivery performance to vessels. After successful pilots in Central Europe, the Middle East, and United States, the program was expanded globally to cover 12 operating sites in 9 countries. By engaging staff from the office (virtual workflow), warehouse and logistics (physical workflow), the team was able to tackle waste and variability across the entire value chain with measurable improvements in speed (eliminated rework, double handling and backflow) and delivery – to the delight of the customer.

"Direct approach to identify areas of opportunity - immediate results experienced in several areas."
CEO Wrist USA
"Friendliness, helpfulness, understanding and willingness to educate rather than to instruct and point out faults. And when a problem is found, then it is not shown as 'bad' but rather you explain the finding and provide help and guidance to rectify and improve."
