Strategy Deployment Course: Implement Change

The course is practical and result-oriented, it guides learners step-by-step through the content: It starts with the planning module, building the 5-layer Strategy Pyramid that defines core values, vision, mission, objectives, and actions. The second module is all about implementation, following the 7-step Strategy Deployment process. Those two modules provide the key input to develop the X-Matrix, connecting vision, strategies, tactics, metrics, targets to owners. As a final step, we will develop the Roadmap with detailed objectives and key results (OKR) for each tactic and month – it makes the strategy tangible and actionable.
