Over 30 managers joined the summit in Copenhagen
to systematically improve performance and sustainability of Trioplast’s production of industrial, hygiene, stretch film, and carrier bags. During four breakout sessions, focus teams identified failure modes of known issues and key levers to raise process capability. By systematically applying Lean Six Sigma techniques, the management team was able to address plastic scrap and performance losses across the factory value chain. Trioplast is now well equipped to deliver more value to its customers, owners, and employees, while making a contribution to the environment by significantly reducing plastic waste in operations.
